How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Lujuria Jewelry app and sign in.
- Go to Help & Support (or Settings).
- Select Delete Account (button available on the Help & Support screen).
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
After confirmation, your account and associated in-app data is deleted from our systems.
Data typically removed
- Account profile data (e.g., name, email, phone if provided)
- Saved addresses (billing/shipping)
- Saved cards
- Push notification tokens registered to your account
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
